Persons whose name and city or town of their last known address appear below may claim amounts unclaimed for five (5) years held by Oriental Bank. Only unclaimed amounts of $100.00 or more are included in this notice. The persons whose name appeared on this notice have the right to file a claim at any of our branches where a copy of this notice will be available. Similarly, a copy of this notice will be available on our website orientalbank.com. Expenses incurred in the publication of this notice will be charged proportionally against the amount claimed. A report has been submitted to the Commissioner of Financial Institutions in accordance with Section 37(a) of the Trusted Banks Act. amounts not claimed until June 30, 2025. Also includes amounts of less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) not contained in this notice. These amounts will be payable at Oriental Bank until November 30, 2025 to the persons who prove their right to collect them. From this date, but on or before December 10, 2025, the unclaimed amounts will be remitted to the Commissioner of Financial Institutions and may be claimed from the Commissioner of Financial Institutions in accordance with applicable law and all liability of this bank with respect to regarding said amounts.
