How to add your card manually In Apple Wallet

1. Open the Apple Wallet app and press the (+) sign in the top right corner.

2. In the menu, select debit or credit card.

3. Bring your card close to your phone, follow the steps and you’re done. You'll also have the option to enter it manually.

After completing your registration in the app, you'll see all your Oriental cards. To add them to Apple Wallet, press the “Add to Apple Wallet” button.

Apple Wallet Extension

Add your cards through apple wallet Extension

Once you have downloaded the Oriental Wallet app and completed the registration process, you can add your Oriental cards through the Apple Wallet Extension.

1. Download the Oriental Wallet app and log in to your account.

2. Then, in the Apple Wallet app, tap the plus sign (+) in the upper right corner.

3. Apple will recognize that you downloaded Oriental Wallet. Now tap the “Oriental Wallet” button.

4. After biometric authentication, select the cards you want to add.

5. Confirm that your card information is correct and tap “Next.”

All Set! your card has been added.

Sending an access code

For security purposes, we will send you an access code. Choose how to receive it and press “Continue.” Once you receive the code, enter it and press “Send.” To finish, you must read and accept the terms and conditions.

Add your cards

After completing the registration of your data in the app, you will see all your Oriental cards. To add them to Google Wallet, press the “Add to Google Wallet” button.

Done!

Your card has been added. Now you can pay with Google Pay wherever you see the contactless icon.

What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a secure way to pay in stores, in apps, and on the web using compatible Apple devices.

What is Apple Wallet?

Apple Wallet is an app for iPhone and Apple Watch that securely and conveniently organizes your credit and debit cards so you can use them with Apple Pay.

Which mobile devices are compatible with Apple Pay?

You can use Apple Pay on eligible iOS devices and operating systems. For a list of compatible devices and required operating systems, see Apple Support.

Does this service have any cost?

No, the service is free of charge. Oriental does not charge a fee to add your debit or credit cards to the Apple Pay app. However, to use the service, the device must have an active data plan.

Can I see the transactions I make With Apple Pay?

Yes, you will be able to see the latest credit and debit card transactions you made with Apple Pay through the Apple Wallet or your Mobile Banking.

Can I remove my Oriental card from Apple Pay?

Yes, you can remove your card from your iPhone and Apple Watch at any time. Go to the Apple Pay app, tap the image of your card, and select “Delete/Remove”.

How do I pay with Apple Pay?

With your iPhone or Apple Watch, you can use Apple Pay at merchants that accept contactlesspayments.

To pay with your iPhone in a store:

If your iPhone has Face ID, double-click the side button. If prompted, use Face ID or enter your passcode to open Apple Wallet. If your iPhone has Touch ID, double-click the home button, select a new card, and authenticate. Then, hold the top of your iPhone close to the contactless reader until “Done” and a check mark appear on the screen.

To pay with your Apple Watch in a store:

Double-click the side button. Your default card will open automatically. If you want to choose a different card, scroll down. Hold your Apple Watch screen close to the contactless reader until you feel a gentle touch and hear the sound indicating that the payment has been completed.

What happens when my card is replaced?

If you receive a new Oriental Mastercard debit or credit card, you must enter the application, delete the existing card and add the new one.

If my phone or watch was stolen or lost, what should I do?

If your device was stolen or has been compromised, contact us via chat or call 787-620-0000 to report it and take the corresponding action. Once we suspend your card, the “token” stored in the wallet will not be valid for use.

I’m having issues with the app or my mobile device, what should I do?

To use Apple Pay, you must have a compatible device and operating system. You can consult Apple Technical Support. Additionally, an eligible card issued in a region where Apple Pay is available is required.
