How do I pay using Garmin Pay?

How your Garmin Pay opens on the screen will depend on the Garmin device you have:

Open the Garmin application on your phone and search for the wallet icon.
Enter your PIN.
Hold your wrist close to the payment machine.
When the payment is successful, your device will vibrate and you see an on-screen confirmation.

How do I add my Oriental Cards?

On your Garmin application, search for the wallet section and follow these steps:

On the Garmin Connect™ application, select Garmin Pay.
On the Menu section, press “Add card”.
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen, and you´re done.
You may add up to 10 debit or credit cards to your Garmin Pay™ wallet.

What is Garmin Pay?

These new "digital wallets" allow you to make contactless transactions through a digital watch. You may make purchases with your watch, without your cell or wallet.

What happens if the watch is lost or stolen?

If you lose your watch, you may cancel any card you had registered on the Garmin applications. In addition, you may write to us through chat or call 787-620-0000 to report it and take the appropriate action.

What if my card is stolen or misplaced?

If your card was stolen, lost, or compromised, send a message through our chat or call 787-620-0000 to report it and take an appropriate action. Once you receive your replacement card, you should add it again before making purchases with your watch.

Does this service have any cost?

No, the service is free of charge. Oriental does not charge anything to add your debit and credit cards. However, the device must have an active data plan to use the service.

Do I need a phone nearby to use Garmin Pay?

No, you do not need to have your phone nearby to make a payment with Garmin Pay.
