  3. Press “Continue”.

For security purposes, we will send you an access code. Choose how to receive it and press “Continue.” Once you receive the code, enter it and press “Send.” To finish, you must read and accept the terms and conditions.

After completing the registration of your data in the app, you will see all your Oriental cards. To add them to Google Wallet, press the “Add to Google Wallet” button.

Which mobile devices are compatible with Google Pay™?

Most Android devices are compatible with this technology. Visit the page Google Pay for more details of compatibility.

 

Does this service have any cost?
No, the service is free. Oriental doesn’t charge any fee for adding your debit/credit cards to the Google Pay™ app. However, when you use this service, you must have an active data plan.

Can I remove my Oriental card from Google Pay™?

Yes, at any moment. Access the Google Pay™ app, press the card image and choose “Erase/Eliminate”.

 

I’m having issues with the app or my mobile device, what should I do?

For issues you may have with the application, you should visit the Google Pay Help Center.

How can I add my Oriental cards to Google Pay™?

  • Choose the Google Pay™ icon and sign in to your Google account.
  • If you still don’t have one, you can create one.
  • Click on “Add card” in the Android Pay™ app to start the process of adding your card.
  • Show your card in the center of the screen, and Google Pay™ will read your card number. You can also write enter your card number manually.
  • Check or enter additional information, such as your name, birth date, expiration date, and security code (CVV).
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions to add your card to your digital wallet.
  • Choose how to receive the unique access code (text message, email or call).
  • Then, confirm the code and press “SEND”.
  • Once completed, your card is ready to use with Google Pay™.
What is Google Pay™?

Google Pay™ is a platform on Google® and Android™ that allows registered users to use their phones, tablets, or smartwatches to make payments at stores, apps, or through the internet.

If my phone or watch was stolen or lost, what should I do?

If your device was stolen or is compromised, send a message to our chat or call  787-620-0000 to report it. We will take care of it. Once we freeze your card, the "token" saved in your wallet will no longer be valid.
What happens when my card is replaced?

If you receive a new Oriental Mastercard®, you must enter the app, remove the existing card and add the new one.
