How to add your Oriental Mastercard^®

1. Download and use Samsung Pay™.

2. Add your Oriental debit or credit card and set it as your default.

3. Take a photo of your card or enter the details manually. Done!

How to access Oriental Wallet¹

Download the Oriental Wallet app and enter your information

Enter your full social security number.
Enter your date of birth.
Press “Continue”.

Sending an access code

For security purposes, we will send you an access code. Choose how to receive it and press “Continue.” Once you receive the code, enter it and press “Send.” To finish, you must read and accept the terms and conditions.

Add your cards

After completing the registration of your data in the app, you will see all your Oriental cards. To add them to Google Wallet, press the “Add to Google Wallet” button.

Done!

Your card has been added. Now you can pay with Google Pay wherever you see the contactless icon.

Look for the contactless payment icon to make your payments.

Which mobile devices are compatible with Samsung Pay?

Most Samsung Galaxy phones are enabled to use the Samsung Pay application. Visit the Samsung Pay page for more details on compatible devices.

How do I add my Oriental cards to Samsung Pay?

Choose the Samsung Pay icon and log in using the information of your Samsung account. If you still don´t have a Samsung account, you may create one.
Once you have initiated a session, you may press ADD CARD on the Samsung Pay application to start the process of adding your card.
Place the card centered on the window screen, and Samsung Pay will read the number on the card. Or you may enter the card number manually.
Verify or enter additional information such as the card holder´s name, expiration date, and security code (CVV).
Read and accepts the terms and conditions to add a card to your digital wallet.
Select a method to receive the one-time access code (text message, email, or call).
Confirm the code you receive, and press SEND. Once completed, your card is ready to be used with Samsung Pay.

What should I do if my device is stolen or lost?

If your device was stolen or is compromised, write to us at the chat or call 787-620-0000 to report it and take appropriate action. Once we cancel your card, the "token" saved on your wallet will no longer be valid.

Does this service have any cost?

No, the service is free of charge. Oriental does not charge anything to add your debit and credit cards to the Samsung Pay™ application. However, the device must have an active data plan to use the service.

What is Samsung Pay?

Samsung Pay is a payment system that allows users to use their mobile phones to make payments with their debit and credit cards.

Can I remove my Oriental Bank card from Samsung Pay?

Yes, you may remove it at any time. Access the Samsung Pay application, press your card´s image and select the option "Delete/Remove".

Can I add more than one card to Samsung Pay?

Yes, you may add up to 10 cards total on the Samsung Pay application.

I’m having issues with the app or my mobile device, what should I do?

For problems with the application, you should visit the Samsung Pay Help Center.

What happens when my card is replaced?

If you receive a new Oriental Mastercard credit or debit card, you should go to the application, erase the existing card and add the new one.

What do I need to use the digital wallet?

Some devices already have the Samsung Pay™ application installed. If your device does not have the application, you may install it from the app store. If the application is not available to download, it is not compatible.
