These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. You recognize, accept and agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico will have exclusive and personal jurisdiction to resolve any matter or dispute that may arise concerning the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, or performance of, or the legal relationships established by these Terms and Conditions or otherwise arising in relation to the use of the Page, and for those purposes irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
