Send and receive money between PR, US or USVI wherever and whenever you want with your Mobile Banking. You can send up to $2,000 per transaction and $4,000 daily.
Download the Mobile Banking application or visit Online Banking and register with the requested information if you still need to register. You don’t need different information to use this service.3 4

- Once you register, you must enter your connection information, that is: username and password.
- Select between transfer to a person or transfer between cards. If your transfer is between people, select who you want to transfer to from your contact list or enter the phone number.
- Select the amount to transfer and the card from which you want to debit the money. Validate the name of the person who will receive the transfer and enter a message if you wish. Click "Send".

Access through Mobile Banking or Online Banking. Choose the People Pay option and complete the requested information:
- Receiver’s full name
- Where the person will receive the alert
- Amount to send
- Select your account from which the payment will be issued
- Payment method: validate that all the data is correct, press “Pay” to complete the transaction
If the recipient is not registered with People Pay, they will receive a notification that they have received money and must continue with these steps:
- Access the external link and choose the cell phone number. *You have 10 days to claim the money.
- Input confirmation code.
- Choose the method to receive the money.

- Download the ATH Móvil app.
- Click on the Register button.
- Add your phone number, email, and debit card linked to your Oriental account.
- Several transactions will be posted on your registered account. Access your Oriental Online or Mobile Banking to see the amount of these transactions.
- Return to the ATH Mobil app, click on your card, and register the amount of the two withdrawals and the deposit (the total of the withdrawals). These small transferes offset each other, so there will be no change in your account balance.
Now you are more than ready to send money!
a. Enter the application with your credentials.
b. Click on the image titled "Send Money to a Person"
c. Select the contact to whom you want to send the money to or enter the phone number.
d.Enter the amount of money to send.
e. Review the transfer information and write a message if you want.
f. Press the "Send Money Now" bnutton

c. If you don't get a response, call your phone company number to enable shor or promotional code messaging.
d. If you no longer have the phone number registered on ATH Movil, try to access the app from your new number to enter and change the phone number on the in-app settings.

a. To regain access to your account, you must:
- Select "Forgot Password?
- Enter the informationthat the app requests.
- Enter the validation code(s) requested by the app
- Enter a new password as requested by the app
- AEnter your debit ard number again, and you're done.
