How do I add my Oriental cards?

On your Garmin application, search for the wallet section and follow these steps:

  • On the Garmin COnnectTM application, select Garmin Pay.
  • On the Menu section, press "Add card".
  • Follow the instructions that apeear on the screen, and you're done.
  • You may add up to 10 debit or credit cards to your Garmin PayTM
Which devices accept these digital wallets?

Is there any service cost?
No, the service is free of charge. Oriental does not charge anything to add youyr debit and credit cards. However, the device must have an active data plan to use the service
What happens if my watch is lost or stolen?
If you lose your watch, you may cancel any card you had registered on the Garmin applications. In addition, you may write to us at the chat or call 1.800.971.5554 to report it and take the appropiate action.
How do I pay using Garmin Pay?

How your Garmin Pay opens on the screeen will depend on the Garmin device you have

  • Open the Garmin application on your phone and search for the wallet
  • Enter your PIN
  • Keep your wrist close to the payment machine
  • When the payment is successful,  your device will vibrate and you wull see an on-screen confirmation.
Do I need a phone nearby to use Garmin Pay?
No, you do not need to have your phone nearby to make a payment with Garmin Pay
If my card was stolen or lost?

If your card was stolen, lost, or compromised, send a message through our chat or call 1.800.981.5554 to report it and take an appropiate action. Once you receive your replacement card, you should add it again before making purchases with your watch,.
