How can I add my Oriental cards to Google Pay™?

Show your card in the center of the screen, and Google Pay^TMwill read your card number. You can also input your card number manually.

Which mobile devices are compatible with Google Pay™?

Most Android devices are compatible with this technology. Visit the Google Pay^TMpage for more details of compatibility.

My phone or smartwatch was stolen, what should I do?

If your device was stolen or is compromised, send a message to our chat or call 1.800.981.5554 to report it. Once we freeze your card, the "token" saved on your wallet will no longer be valid.

Is there a service charge?

No, the service is free. Oriental doesn't charge any fee by adding your debit/credit cardsto the Google Pay^TMapp. But, when you use this service, you must have an active data plan.

I am having problems with the application and my mobile device, what should I do?

What happens when my card is replaced?

If you receive a new Oriental Mastercard, you must enter the app, erase the existing card and add the new one.

Can I cancel my Oriental card on Google Pay™?

Yes, at any moment. Access the Google Pay^TMapp, press the card image and choose :"Erase/Eliminate".
