What should I do to be able to use the digital wallet?
Some devices already have the Samsung PayTM application installed. If your device does not have the application, you may install it from the app store. If the application is not avaible to download, it is not compatible.
If my device was stolen or lost, what should I do?

If your device was stolen or is compromised, wirite to us at the chat or call 787.620.0000 to report it and take appropiate action. Once we cancel your card, the "token" saved on your wallet will no longer be valid.

 

Can I add more than one card to Samsung Pay?
Yes, yoy may add up to 10 cards total on the Samsung Pay application.
Is there any service cost?
No, the service is free of charge. Oriental does not charge anything to add your debit and credit cards to the Samsung PayTM application. However, the device must have an active data plan to use the service.
What happens when my card is replaced?
If you receive a new Oriental Mastercard credit or debit card, you should go to the application, erase the existing card and add the new one.
Can I remove my Oriental card from Samsung Pay?
Yes, you may remove it at any time. Access the Samsung Pay application, press your card's image and select the option "Delete/Remove".
I am having problems with the application and my mobile device, What should I do?

For problems with the application, you should visit the  Samsung Pay Help Center.

Which mobile devices are compatible with Samsung Pay?
Most Samsung Galaxy phones are enabled to use the Samsung Pay application. Visit the Samsung Pay page for more details on compatible devices.
How do I add my Oriental cards to Samsung Pay?
  • Choose the Samsung Pay icon and start a session using the information of your Samsung account. If you still don't have a Samsung account, you may crate one.
  • Once you have initiated a session, you may press ADD CARD on the Samsung Pay application to start the process of adding your card.
  • Pleace the card centered on the window screen, and Samsung Pay will read the number on the card. Or youy may enter the number of the card manually
  • Verify or enter additional information such as the card holder's name, expiration date, and security code (CVV)
  • Read and accepts the terms and conditions to add a card to your digital wallet.
  • Select a method to receive the one-time access code (text message, email, or call)
  • Confirm the code you receive, and press SEND. Once completed, your card is ready to be used with Samsung Pay.
