(1) Online and Mobile Banking (Oriental Cash Management) The functions described in this section are only available to customers enrolled in Oriental Cash Management services, by contracting one of the available service packages and as detailed in the "Cash Management Services Agreement" included in the Commercial Deposit Account Agreement. Certain fees and restrictions apply. Charges from your Internet service provider may apply; for more information, consult your provider.

 

(2) Each stop payment has a $15 fee.

 

(3) Remote Check Deposit: Subject to meeting eligibility parameters. Remote Check Deposit Limit: 40 checks per day, 120 checks per month, $30,000 per check, daily deposit limit of $90,000, monthly deposit limit of $150,000. Any check must be in the name of the owner of the account into which it is deposited and properly endorsed. Subject to Oriental Bank's Funds Availability Policy.

 

(4) Loan Payments and Line of Credit Online Advances are only available to customers with Lines of Credit with Overdraft Protection. Additional restrictions may apply.

 

(5) Reverse Positive Pay for Preferred packages require that a person log in daily to the Reverse Positive Pay Module within Oriental Cash Management to approve any check before the cutoff time; otherwise, it will be returned. Included for one (1) account. Charge applies for additional accounts.

 

(6) Positive Pay for Prime package requires that a person log in daily to the Positive Pay Module within Oriental Cash Management to approve any check exceptions before the cutoff time; otherwise, it will be returned. Included for one (1) account. Charge applies for additional accounts.

 

(7) Applies to Preferred and Prime packages. The first 25 monthly ACH transactions are included at no cost. The Advanced ACH Report is included with this module, allowing automation of ACH templates, user-friendly reports for ACH corrections and returns.

 

(8) Registration is required to access the reporting system.

 

(9) Service included for 1 account. Charge applies for additional accounts.

To collaborate with the government in the fight against the financing of terrorism and money laundering activities, the federal law requires that every financial institution obtain, verify and record information that allows identifying any person who opens an account. For you this means that when you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also request that you show us your driver’s license or other identification documents. In addition, Effective May 2018, EACH time an account is opened for a covered Legal Entity, we are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number, % Ownership as well as identification documents) for each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) and one individual that has significant managerial control of the Legal Entity. If you are opening an account on behalf of a Legal Entity, you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation (Certification of Beneficial Owner) and to certify that this information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
