How can I contact customer service?
Two modifications have been made to the My Biz account to provide you with a flexible and optimized banking experience.
- The My Biz account has a fixed monthly maintenance fee of $5.00, regardless of the balance you kept in the account.
Now, you can avoid the $5.00 monthly maintenance fee if you maintain an average monthly balance of $500 or more during the cycle in your account1.
- Integrated access to Oriental Cash Management, our online and mobile banking platform, through the My Biz package is being discontinued.
Now, access to the Oriental Cash Management online and mobile banking platform if offered according to each client’s banking needs, through one of three available packages, with prices starting at $5.00 per month9.
Will the cost for paper-based transactions be affected?
No. The fees for branch transactions that require the use of paper remain the same: $0.50 for each additional transaction. The fee applies to each branch operation involving any paper document, such as deposit slips, check cashing, or check issuance, in excess of:
- 25 transactions per monthly cycle if the average daily balances if less than $500
- 45 transactions per monthly cycle if the average daily balance is equal to our grated than $500 but less than $2,500
- 60 transactions per monthly cycle if the average daily balance is greater than $2,500
Remember, electronic transactions do not carry additional fees.
The Negocio Más account has changed in benefits:
- Integrated access to Oriental Cash Management, our online and mobile platform, through the Negocio Más account is discontinued.

No, the account maintains its current price structure.
A monthly maintenance fee of $12.50 applies, or $7.50 if you are registered for the e-statement service through the Oriental Cash Management platform. To have access to the platform you must contract one of the three packages available, with prices starting at $5.00 per month.
If you are already registered to receive an e-statement, you do not need to do anything extra. If you have not signed up yet:
- Enter Oriental Cash Management
- Go to “Reports”> “Statements and documents”.
- Then “View and maintenance documents preference”.
- In the row where the account is, change the option from “Paper” to “Online”.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- On the next page click on “Save preference”.

(1) Monthly account maintenance fee of $5.00. If you maintain an average monthly balance of $500 or more, the $5 fee will not be charged.
(2) Applies to commercial customers operating with one (1) or more indistinct authorized signatures. That is, if more than one authorized signature is registered under the account, none is required to act jointly with any other authorized signature. Certain terms, conditions, restrictions, and fees apply.
(3) ATH Business is an application for small and medium-sized businesses that allows them to receive payments from ATH Móvil users. Access ath.business to register, view the terms and conditions and the current limits on the frequency and dollar amount of transfers. Other restrictions apply.
(4) Online and Mobile Banking (Oriental Cash Management) The functions described in this section are only available to customers enrolled in Oriental Cash Management services, by contracting one of the available service packages and as detailed in the “Cash Management Services Agreement” included in the Commercial Deposit Account Agreement. Certain fees and restrictions apply. Charges from your Internet service provider may apply; for more information, consult your provider.
(5) The savings account is optional. Earn tiered interest, depending on the balance you keep in the account. If you decide to open it, you must comply with the specific Terms and Conditions of the Commercial Savings account.
(6) The credit line is optional. Subject to credit approval. Credit products are not insured or guaranteed by the FDIC.
(7) Average daily balance of $1,500.00 is required to avoid incurring a $10.00 monthly service charge. An average daily balance of $0.01 is necessary in order to receive the annual percentage rate (APY) disclosed.
(8) You will be charged $0.50 for each additional check.
(9) Oriental Cash Management can only be accessed by contracting one of the three available packages. The base price will depend on the package selected.
To collaborate with the government in the fight against the financing of terrorism and money laundering activities, the federal law requires that every financial institution obtain, verify and record information that allows identifying any person who opens an account. For you this means that when you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also request that you show us your driver’s license or other identification documents. In addition, Effective May 2018, EACH time an account is opened for a covered Legal Entity, we are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number, % Ownership as well as identification documents) for each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) and one individual that has significant managerial control of the Legal Entity. If you are opening an account on behalf of a Legal Entity, you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation (Certification of Beneficial Owner) and to certify that this information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
