How can I contact customer service?
If you’re a commercial client and need support through the phone, you can contact us by calling 787-620-PYME (7963).
Monday - Friday:
- 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday:
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A POS or point of sale is a system (Physical or Virtual) used to accept payments from customers. These can process multiple payment methods, including debit and credit cards. Depending on the selected POS, they can also offer other functionalities, such as cash registry and inventory or employee management.
Where can I get a copy of the service agreement?

Certain terms, restrictions, and conditions apply. Clover, Valor, Verifone, and SwipeSimple are independent brands of payment terminals. Dynamics Payments, Evertec, and Clover are independent providers of payment processing services. Deposits made at point of sale will be applied to your account on the same day, subject to the condition that the terminal's cutoff or closure is completed before the processor's cutoff time. Equipment may require internet service. The use of payment services entails charges. Please contact Oriental for service prices.
